The short version: we set no cookies, we don't track you across the internet, and the only personal information we hold is what you choose to type into our contact form.

Who we are

PRISM ("we", "us") is a digital studio operating remotely and working with businesses across the United States. For anything in this policy, contact us at support@prism-studios.co.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form

We collect only the fields you complete:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• The services you select
• Anything you write in the message box

We use this solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver that work. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without your say-so.

When you simply visit

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. We cannot identify individual visitors from it. Our host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. Nothing is stored in your browser's local or session storage either. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

Who else touches your data

Running a website means relying on a few services. These are all of them, and what each one sees:

• Vercel — hosts the site and processes server logs, including your IP address.
• Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• hCaptcha — protects the form from bots. It receives your IP address and browser signals to tell humans from automated traffic.
• Google Fonts & Fontshare — serve the typefaces used here. Because fonts load from their servers, they receive your IP address.
• ImprovMX — forwards email sent to our address.

Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data. We don't share your information with anyone beyond this list.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under GDPR in the UK and EU, and the CCPA in California — you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to how we're using it
• Ask for a copy in a portable format

Email support@prism-studios.co and we'll action it. There's no charge, and you don't need to give a reason. We do not sell personal information — to anyone, ever.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We hold no database of customer data and no user accounts — the only personal information we keep is the enquiry emails you send us.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in quietly.
